Improved shaft holder for TH8A Sequential Shifter mod

Using this mod I quickly realized the shaft holder with the pegs that go into the springs was a bit loose and the pegs were a little short. This would cause the springs to pop off the pegs when compressing one of them (while shifting), especially if the springs weren't too compressed by the adjustable screws on each side. So I just remade the shaft holder piece with longer and wider pegs that go in the springs with a snug fit. Have used this mod for quite a bit without issues since! :)
