WIP in Progress. A slight nudge of the sharp edge rotor on my flying helicopter toy is necessary to dislodge it from stall and achieve smooth flight. This custom rotor is designed as a replacement, featuring an Eppler 423 low Re airfoil and blades carefully twisted to match estimated launch conditions. I have printed multiple iterations of this initial draft without achieving satisfactory results so far.
