Improved rebelix x axis end with tensioning
thingiverse
IT WORKS! I'm successfully printing with everything in tension :D. I was fed up with the stock X end not being able to hold the X belt tensioned at all. First, I put a zip tie on it, then I designed and printed this solution. It takes one M5 screw around 25mm long with a hex head, one nut, and maybe a washer. Version 1.1 had mounting holes for the endstop that didn't line up with the Z home adjusting screw. Version 2 has an X-motor that is now narrower, so it doesn't eat into print volume. The X-end has a bigger 6mm hole for the M5 screw (if it's too much just use a washer; there should be enough space). Please let me know if anything needs improvement or what you think about this design. Thanks.
