Improved Ortur LM2 Air Assist by Michu - 3 versions

Hello, I would like to show you my latest and tested project for air assist nozzles. It was designed for my Ortur Laser Master 2 - 20W with adjustable focus and Hailea ACO-208 pump There are a lot of popular nozzles where air chamber is in the same place as laser head. I was using this kind of solution by myself, but i noticed that this type of nozzles had 3 issues. 1st- They were not perfecty sealed on the laser head and screw and because of that i was loosing a part of air power there. 2nd - All aquarium pumps that are used for air assist are dry pumps made of metal. That mean a lot of them will drop a metal filings, dust etc. 3rd - Hole on the top of the nozzle had to be big enough to avoid laser burning air assist nozzle. Bigger hole = less power of air = not good :) Because of that i decided to make 2 types of nozzles with 3 versions total 1) If You need a lot of air power pointed in exact place. Like for cutting etc. - v.1.0 for 35 mm focal distance from heatsink - v.1.0 for 55 mm focal distance from heatsink 2) Something brand new and You will not see that in other places! :) Perfect for engraving wood, because it cleans larger area with a little less power. - v. 1.3 double shell nozzle for 35 mm focal distance from heatsink. All is designed for 6/9mm silicone tube. You need to move Your Y-axis endstop switch for 5mm. Try to use Your smallest and most accurate nozzle and settings for printing! Use supports only from base. Do not use supports everywhere! This will block Your air assist pipe. Hope You like it and will leave a feedback :) Cześć :)
