Improved Optical Filament Runout Sensor

I attached the original sensor to a mount (check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4055649), but when my filament ran out during a recent print, its end got stuck in the sensor. I had to disassemble it and pull the remainder out with pliers manually. This remix makes two changes: it adds a "funnel" on the inlet that should direct loose ends back out of the sensor when your printer ejects the filament, and it enlarges the holes so they print at the right size. (It worked for ABS, and it'll likely work for PLA too, but PETG might need even bigger holes.)
