Improved MakerBot Clock

UPDATE Jan., 7th, 2017 The printed clock works perfectly without the washer, so there's no need to bother with it. UPDATE I was unhappy that I had to print the clock face upright at the same time as the base plate originally, so I decided to fix this problem too. The "Improved Gears and Hands for MakerBot Clock" has become the Improved MakerBot Clock now, because I've added the base, face, and washer as individual .stl files. The washer is just a 0.5mm part of the original face plate that's meant to press on the gears and keep them in place. Although I haven't tested it thoroughly yet, there's no reason why it shouldn't work as a separate piece. Release notes After printing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:299164, I was disappointed to find out that the original hands aren't securely connected to the gears (they just slip on), which means once you apply even a tiny amount of force while adjusting the minute hand or any gear jams, the hands come loose quickly. My quick fix: the hands and gears now have dodecagonal profiles. Hands and gears can no longer rotate independently, and the transfer of force from the minute hand to the gears is improved. (I've printed and tested it.)
