Improved Luke's hotend fix for stock Ender

Improved version of the hot-end washer that makes it easter to center the Bowden tube and keep it centered, for easier filament changes. Using this on my Ender 5 Pro, but should work with all Creality stock hot-ends. Print with 100% infill and supports enabled. Insert an **exactly 30 mm cut-off** of your Capricorn tubing in the hot-end, then use your smallest Allen key to line up first the fitting and washer and then the tubing as you screw down the fitting. Lastly insert the Bowden tube running to your extruder.
