This is a revised version based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:534007. A previous print failed after being attached to the bracket because of a tight fit caused by the rubber cover that has to fit inside the ring. Changes: The ring was completely redesigned with a clean poly-pattern design. The ring diameter was made to fit exactly with a 0.2mm tolerance margin. The depth was increased to 5.3mm so the clippers can easily grasp the inner ring and retain it. Printed and tested on an UM2+ printer using Colorfabb XT black material at 100% infill density. It was printed in an upright position for optimal quality and strength, with no need for sanding.
