I didn't want to adjust the spring tension every time I swapped filament, and there was no convenient way to grasp or release the idler in the original design. So I loaded the file into OpenSCAD and quickly added a rough thumb tab. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Folger 2020 Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.24mm Infill: 25% Notes: I printed it face down with the tab flat against the print bed and the idler bearing opening facing upwards. Support wasn't necessary.
