The Latest Upgrade Offers Improved Bearing Fit, A Realigned Pulley Belt Path, Added Clearances For The Belt, Centered Belt Bearings, And Two F623ZZ Flange Bearings For The Idler (a Single Non-Flange Bearing Is Also Available). Additional Features Include Belt Alignment Viewing Holes and Cutaway Design Elements That Reduce Warping of Parts During Printing. Note: Achieving Precision With This Upgrade Requires a High Degree of Accuracy. Misalignment of Shafts Can Lead to Wear or Binding of Shaft Bearings. To Attain the Required Precision, You May Need to Sand Down or Thicken Surfaces. If You're Unable to Achieve Sufficient Precision, Consider Using the Float Variant of the 614 X Carriage or the Original 614 X Carriage Part from RepRapPro. The Float Variant Allows the Upper Bearing to Shift Up to 0.4mm.
