New and improved! I decided not to just drop the new file in the old place because it has undergone significant enhancements along many lines. I have reduced the poly count and trimmed down the file size. Beefed-up cheekbones now ensure that it prints well without any breakage, while thicker teeth print even better. I've also resized it so you can print it at regular (full) size, and it should fit neatly on the end of a regular pencil. This revised version is twice as awesome! Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .1, .2, or .3mm Infill: 25% Notes: I have successfully printed this on a Makerbot Replicator 2, Replicator 2X, and a Solidoodle Press. I've tried it with both PLA and ABS materials. Supports are recommended; in fact, prints look significantly better when cheekbones are fully intact. At 0.2mm, the Replicator 2X yielded fantastic results in ABS, while the Solidoodle Press achieved optimal results at 0.3mm also in ABS material.
