This updated Hinge design is a revision of an original printed object (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:772303). It utilizes 1.75mm Filament as the hinge pin, features a strong and well-rounded design with smooth corners, and operates smoothly. The Open SCAD files include adjustable kerf parameters to fine-tune the fit based on your printer's printing capabilities. The improvements in this revised version include a captured pin at one end to prevent the slightly loose hinge pin from migrating downwards, and an enhanced hinge radius for smoother movement right off the printer. A flush mount M3 Flathead machine screw, 10mm long, works well with a 3mm panel, paired with the M3 stress relieving washer thing (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:755320).
