My standard fan deflector (Prusa file fan_nozzle.stl) consistently fell off on the left side due to material deformation. This issue was caused by the heater block being extremely close to the bolt holding the fan deflector screw. I created a new fan deflector that attaches on the left side to the heater fan using a screw. I also included a holder for a DS18B20 temperature probe, which allows me to measure temperatures accurately. To fix the original problem, I swapped out the existing bolt with a longer 25 mm one on the heater fan.
