Improved extruder (Deltaprintr)

Note: The STL file currently being used on my 3D printer has successfully printed multiple four-hour prints thanks to my spool holder, which I found at https://www.youmagine.com/designs/spool-holder-deltaprintr, and a lower extruder base from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:884728. August 19, 2015 - The design of the body is almost complete. The Printrbot extruder gear and bearing fit perfectly onto the stepper shaft, and there's plenty of room for the insert and second gear. Next, I'll be working on the slide-fit retainer for the second gear. Warning: This V2 assembly is outdated and untested, although it printed fine. I've started redesigning it because I realized it could be difficult to disassemble. Goals: * Eliminate jams and extruder overheating even with long print times * Easily change filament to support different materials and dimensions * Use original equipment instead of ordering parts to fix the Deltaprintr's weakest link, which I believe is the compression fitting I'm using that may be interchangeable with the OEM quick-connect fitting * Shorten print time so the printer can last long enough to print it
