Improved Eachine E013 Frame

I'm really impressed with this frame's stability compared to what I've found on Thingiverse. I went ahead and printed all the Eachine Frames you guys designed, but they either turned out too heavy or wobbly. This is actually my second time creating a 3D printing model myself - it's been a great learning experience. I had to destroy one of my Eachine Frames and wanted to build a smaller, quieter drone at the same time. With this frame, the drone flies extremely quietly and with much greater stability. When the battery is fully charged, you can hear a slight vibration that sounds like an UFO hovering overhead. Update: After further refinement, I was able to reduce the quad's weight to around 22 grams. I also made some adjustments to the frame design to make it even more stable - the arms are no longer prone to breaking off.
