Improved Customizable Bag Clip - More stable - PLA compatible

I created this thing because I really liked the idea of printing these bag clips. However, I wasn't happy with the original design due to several reasons. The most important one was that there are multiple types of bags, and the original design wasn't flexible enough for all of them. Because of this, I first created a customizable remake of the original clips. This remake allowed me to set various parameters such as length, height, width, nose amount, slot number, and opening angle. I also made sure that the infill was not parallel to the perimeters to get a stable result. After printing several clips in both PLA and ABS in different sizes, I realized that especially for big ones, the axle was too brittle. You can see this issue in some of the printed clips where the axle broke off. To improve adhesion with ABS, I added a brim which was difficult to remove from the axle after the print. Due to these issues, I changed the axle design to be more stable and easier to print. The main change is that the axle is now part of the other arm, and the second arm has a ring around the axle. This also allows for an increased maximum opening angle beyond 180 degrees. I have already printed some clips with this new design, and they work extremely well. I'm providing both the original remake and the improved design. However, I would always recommend using the improved design. The parameters from the SCAD file are as follows: - Clip Length: This is the length of the clip that's actually usable. - Clip Height: This is simply the height of the clip. - Arm Thickness: This is the actual thickness of one of the two arms. - Extrusion Width: This is the extrusion width of your printer, usually your nozzle diameter. - Layer Height: This is your desired layer height. - Amount Noses: This is the number of noses and slots to create for holding the bag. - Nose Size: This is the width of a nose standing out from the arm and how deep a slot is. - Opening Angle: This is the angle by which the clip is opened. I recommend 90 degrees for the improved design and 30 or 60 degrees for the original design. - Clip Overstand: This is the length by which the actual clipping part has to be bowed to snap. All the STL files provided are for a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height and can be printed in PLA. Since some browser-based SCAD tools use an outdated version of OpenSCAD, I uploaded the file "Customizable Bag Clip Improved Deprecated.SCAD" which you can try to use if the clipping nose is not being created.
