Improved Cable Chain with positive stops 0-45 degree

Uploaded rev32 - Tighter tolerances for more dialed-in printers. I adjusted my printer's extrusion rate and now prints great with minimal post clean up, but originals were too loose due to improper settings. Initial upload 3/21/2020: Needed better cable management for my 3D printer and got inspiration from johnnywhiskey's design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060), but wanted similar designs that lock at 0 degrees and 45. This entirely new design is the result. This design can eliminate the need for a chain tray by having a positive lock and an upward bend, allowing the chain to stay out of the way in mid-air. However, it takes up space above your printer, so it may not be suitable for everyone. I might put it in a tray to roll up anyway. The tolerances are set correctly, and these print very nicely with no support or post clean up needed on my stock Ender 5 plus running a 0.5 nozzle. Better cooling would improve the prints even further (some overhangs aren't perfect). These designs are parametric, so you can request different sizes if desired. This is still a work in progress as I'll be adding connections to extrusions and other areas on my Ender 5 once I print enough. Current Parameters: Height (exterior): 15mm; Width (exterior): 30mm; Wall thickness: 2mm; Clearance: 0.3mm
