UPDATE 2020-07-11: A brand-new V4 part cooling duct has been added, boasting a more compact design than its predecessor, V3. This new duct can be printed with ease and is ideal for use with PETG or ABS materials at a layer height of 0.2mm, requiring no support structures. Furthermore, the V3 carriage-side wire loom adapter has been updated to be stronger after breaking on an earlier revision on my printer. UPDATE 2020-06-02: To enhance cable management, I have introduced new versions of the wire loom adapters (WireLoomAdapterV3.stl and MGN_XMotorCoverV3.stl) along with some clips. These innovative designs feature slots to accommodate a piece of heavy-duty zip tie, specifically 9mm x 2mm in cross-section. By sliding a clip every four inches or so on the zip tie, clipping it around the wire loom, and then pushing the ends into the slots on the adapters, you'll be able to keep the wire loom from sagging. This is achieved as the zip tie bends easily in one direction while remaining rigid in the other. This design represents an improved version of the Bondtech BMG + E3D V6 carriage for BLV MGN12. Key modifications from the original include: * A mount designed specifically for a BLTouch, replacing the 18mm inductive/capacitive sensor. * The wire loom adapters are now positioned at a shallower angle to prevent rubbing against the left Z lead screw. To compensate, you'll need to incorporate something relatively stiff into the wire loom to prevent sagging. I employed a piece of thick zip tie that covered the entire distance - it only desires to bend in one direction, thus maintaining its curvature in a single plane. * Enhanced wire management is achieved through a bulkhead with zip tie holes that keeps most of the wiring away from the extruder gear, and the carriage-end wire loom adapter has been elevated to compensate. * A significantly improved part cooling duct. The cooling duct was specifically designed around the Sunon MF50151VX-B00U-A99 blower fan. I discovered that this particular fan boasted a slightly larger aperture than the generic fan I was utilizing earlier.
