I love the sleek design of the Hero Me modular fan duct, but I've noticed a few areas where the original BL-Touch mounting bracket falls short. Specifically, when printing a brim for large details, the sensor often touches the paper clips from the front side of the bed. Additionally, the probing area is asymmetrical - the distance from the right edge of the bed is too far. Some users have even reported that their sensors are lower than the nozzle. To address these issues, I've made a few tweaks to the mounting bracket: * By lifting it up by 1.5 mm, I've eliminated contact between the sensor and paper clips. If you need to adjust your BLTouch sensor's height, consider adding M3 washers or printing the BLTouch shims (available on Thingiverse), or simply edit the source file in DesignSpark Mechanical 2.0 format (.rsdoc) or ACIS (.SAB). * I've also moved the sensor closer to the nozzle along both the x and y-axes, offering two mounting options with specific offsets: + V1: -41.25X, -7.2Y + V2: -38.15X, -7.2Y (the sensor is rotated with its PCB facing outwards) This adjustment has expanded the probing area by approximately 7.6 mm to the right and made it more symmetrical. For a deeper explanation of these changes, check out this video at 384 seconds in: https://youtu.be/BV11-VOQjMc * Lastly, I've reinforced the mount for added stability.
