"IMPROVED" BALL BEARINGS

Originally, I designed an 8-ball Ball Bearings cartridge with Tinkercad, featuring improved ball bearings with 9 ball bearings measuring 24mm OD / 6mm ID. The design should scale fine up or down. Later, I added another bearing in the races to enhance structure support. However, the printed results were disappointing; the bearings fused to the inner and outer races due to low printing precision. To improve it, print the inner and outer races with adjusted measurements for your printer's precision, and use off-the-shelf round things like BBs or airsoft pellets as bearings. Please share your experience after trying this approach.
