Improved and corrected technics hinge repair

I adjusted the dimensions of SigurdrBladeSinner's design to correct several errors. The original design was too broad and its "teeth" were not sized correctly or centered properly. To enhance its durability, I added numerous fillets throughout the design. Additionally, a circular platform was integrated into one side to facilitate smoother rotation. The entrance gap for the dust cover tab was initially too narrow for it to fit comfortably, so this opening was widened to 3.5 mm - the exact dimension of the corresponding part. You can remove the axle using a center punch if necessary. If that approach doesn't work, you may need to cut off one end with a Dremel tool instead. This design is compatible with my other Technics hinge design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4121606 It fits Technics SL-D2, SL-B2 and SL-Q2 turntables, as well as likely many other models.
