I'm striving to craft an improved 90-degree brace for linking v-slot and standard 2020 profile extruded aluminum. My initial version lacks the holes for screws in the bottom piece, but it's still a work in progress based on Richrap's design. This model should print flawlessly with no supports as long as you're not experiencing warping issues.
