Improved 12.8 deg tapered reamer

This is a tapered reamer. It can be driven with a 3/4" dowel and there is an insert for a 3/8 dowel for aligning the reamer with any guides. A metal card scraper must be cut to size and inserted to use it. I made a previous version that had a narrower range for the board thickness that can be reamed.
