Improved 1/144 Gunpla Base

Did some improvements to soozafone's excellent gunpla base. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2702736 Improvements made: 1. Made the stopper and gears shorter so that the arm doesn't have to be fully out when adjusting angles 2. Added a tab to the locking ring to make it easier to attach/remove 3. Added a perimeter to the triangular base as I find it has a tendency to lean/fall in between the tri points. 4. For aesthetics, added trusses-like structure to the arms.
