Impoved TFZB/JZB/LMxUU/LMxLUU configurable clamp holder

This project began with a Misumi TFZB Teflon (PTFE) linear bushing configurable clamp holder. It is an upgraded LMxUU holder that fits snugly around the bushing as you adjust hole dimensions. The original LMUU holder does not scale properly. You can print it with a semi-open design for easy removal or print it nearly closed, leaving a gap of 2-3mm. Teflon bushings require this compression due to their +0.100 to +0.200 tolerance, which compresses to H7 when fitted. The bushing should slide in easily with no force, thanks to the clamp feature. Allow 0.4mm-0.5mm clearance for the hole, although this may vary depending on your printer's stability.
