Impossible Nut

Impossible Nut

The Impossible Nut is a print in place bolt with two ends that can not be removed but the nut on the bolt spins freely. The nut will need support when you are printing it. I allowed for tolerance of the print but if you are printing the nut a different color than the bolt you will have to figure out the placement up the bolt yourself. The pitch is 1/8th but check your slicer preview to make sure the nut is not hitting the bolt during your print.  This is a video on how to create your own threads in onshape. (Reddit post that has a gif of it working https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/twulgf/the_impossible_nut)
