I designed a Card Holder for Imperial Settlers myself. It features two different card slot dimensions: IS_CardH_B has a size of 65x93mm. A second option, IS_Card_67x95mm, measures 67x95mm and is large enough to accommodate card sleeves. Additionally, the fillet between the base and walls was reduced from a 5mm radius to just 3mm radius.
