This item is primarily used for construction or DIY projects on wood to scribe cut lines accurately. The ruler sizes available are 1in., 2in., 4in. and 6in. with marking intervals of 1/8in. All the rulers utilize a single base, allowing users to easily switch between them by simply replacing it with the one needed. The rulers fit snugly in the base and remain securely in place thanks to the hold-down arm. Each ruler features slots for holding a construction pencil and holes for a pen or regular pencil. The exterior of the rulers is set at 1 1/2in., matching the width of a standard 2x4, and has a centre V marking the exact center of the 2x4. I used a 0.4mm nozzle to create these items but recommend using a 0.3mm nozzle for better results, which is why I employed a small layer height and increased wall count.
