Imperial Navy Trooper Helmet
pinshape
Full size Imperial Navy Trooper helmet based on the US Navy Mark II Talker Helmet. Also nicknamed the Cheesegrater helmet due to the holes in the front and back plates. The helmet is strong and won't pull apart like vacuformed styrene ones, making them look like a large salad bowl. The skirt is not 3D printable, but I have included a template where you can cut out one out of styrene, but use thin cardboard (old cereal boxes) first to test and ensure your fit is proper and so is the look. My well designed ears make it easy. Glue in foam or a liner from a hard hat to fit. Chin Cup and Strap Holders included. 0.2mm layer thickness. 4 wall thicknesses on top, bottom and sides. The Talker helmet is included full so you can partition it the way you like but also cut files are included for it to be printed on a 12" bed with minimal supports.
