The Imperial Navy's light cruisers come in a wide variety of classes, nearly matching the number of bigger cruiser classes. Some are used as long-range patrol vessels or convoy flagships, while others serve as heavy escorts that accompany the largest capital ships into intense combat. The hull comes from the same steam workshop page where I obtained the Imperial Cruiser model. The rest was built entirely from scratch. This design is ideal for Battlefleet Gothic, serving as a stand-in for Lunar Class Cruisers in Epic: Armageddon and bringing the Emperor's Light to other heretical space games. Updates: December 25, 2017: I added more detail to the prow and engines, made the back walls of the weapons bays thicker. A new bridge, command deck, and type of weapons bay were also added, utilizing the standard Imperial Cruiser weapon options. To illustrate these changes, an assembled 'Endeavour' class vessel was created using all the new parts. December 28, 2017: The mounting hole for flight stands was changed to 3mm.
