Human: Imperial grenade from The Mandalorian Episode 8, where a stormtrooper blasts open the door, and Rogue One, where Bodhi's Imperial shuttle is destroyed. This design is based on a single screenshot in a dark scene, so it's not entirely accurate. I added detail to the top (and bottom) since I wanted to. I suspect it's flat on the prop from the Rogue One scene. Updated 6/15/20: The middle has been redesigned to fit a rectangular 4x6mm LED that actually exists, rather than an arbitrary size. I also added tabs to the body and a separate ring to allow for a slight offset as seen in the prop.
