Imperial Assault - Organiser for Base Game and Expansions

This is an insert for the main components and cards for FFG's Star Wars - Imperial Assault, with a view to ease of game setup; you should just be able to take the various pots out of the box and be ready to go. It incorporates space for all current expansions (up to Tyrant's of Lothal). It is designed to fit in the larger base game box (internal dimensions: 287 x 287 x 132). Note there is still some space left at the top of the box (about 19mm) that could be used for storing the rulebooks. The card holders support sleeved cards - I use MayDay standards. I cannot comment on whether premium sized sleeves will fit, you will need to measure your sleeved cards and compare with the dimensions of the spaces on the .stl files. I created a set of card-dividers to help catalogue everything - these are contained in the zip file. They can printed onto card, or glossy vinyl sticky backed paper and stuck to card. There are four player trays that can be used to keep each hero's current class deck and purchased cards and equipment. Similarly, the Imperial player has a tray for keeping the Agenda deck, mission deck, Imperial class cards and purchased cards. Be advised, this is a big print - 30-40 hours and it weighs a tonne. See also: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4237679 for storing the map tiles. Note: the thicker looking cards you see in the photo's are the PnP files for the RAIV solobot (see BBG). The newer version which has some 300 cards probably won't fit. UPDATE: 21/12/2020 - I've modified the small and large card trays to add extra cutouts to reduce the amount of filament required. UPDATE: 10/01/2021 - I've tweaked the geometry of LargeCardTray1/2 and SmallCardTray1/2 slightly. Added two alternative card trays for FFG sleeves (LargeCardTray1_FFG_alt.stl and LargeCardTray2_FFG_alt.stl). Note that because of the large card sleeve size, I had to rotate the cards in tray 1 by 90 degrees. As such, there is a void space that is 90.9mm x 44mm - you can fill this with a foam block, or print a cube (30mm height would be fine - I'd recommend no top/bottom layers, 10% grid infill).
