I finally got my hands on a Quickfire Eaglet, with one entire shell to its name, and this is my first go at measuring it with a shitty pair of calipers and modeling it in tinkercad. ~~Not yet sure if this will work~~ I have printed a lot of these shells and i can confirm they work exactly as well as the original shells do in my testing, better in fact, due to the tighter fit, which is also the entire length of the shell. Remember to try printing it upside down, my printer sucks bad at overhangs, so this is the ideal position for mine, but your mileage will hopefully vary. The internal diameter is 12.8mm Boomco shell has ID of 10.3mm EDIT: I've reduced the sides on the cylinder underneath the ridges to 16, so now the divots between the ridges are flat, I'm assuming this will ensure the magazine's clips will interface well with the ridges and divots Update: yeah they do
