This chamber is designed specifically for performing immunohistochemistry. It accommodates 2 glass slides horizontally, allowing antibodies or other solutions to incubate on the tissue. This enables a multitude of markers to be stained and is an indispensable piece of equipment used daily in the lab. I created this design as many online incubation chambers were insufficient or lacked durability for regular lab use. Additionally, it was designed to fit perfectly on the prusa mini print bed. Printing with PETG is highly recommended since it can be easily wiped down and cleaned with lab cleaning reagents such as 70% ethanol. Assembly Instructions: The hinge for the lid and the bottom can be secured by inserting a 1.75 mm filament through its entire length, then holding it in place by melting the ends of the filament.
