Immortan Joe Accessories and Patches

Human: Patches and Accessories for Immortan Joe cosplay. The Chain Holder remains an elusive figure on forums, but I'll approximate its design with this part. It's 4 separate pieces attached to a back plate, providing support for the plastic chest piece. A few bolts, nuts, and springs are needed, as well as some support material during printing. Curving these parts requires attention. A replica of the Nokia keypad on Immortan Joe's upper left shoulder is captured in Keypad.stl. I drew inspiration from patches featured in the excellent thread on therpf.com, specifically the Sheriff, Sheriff Small, Texas, and Nambia badges. Detailed 3D modeling of these elements is mine, while their real-world designs come courtesy of a community effort. For the curious, check out page 37 of that thread. Budget-friendly options exist for these parts. They're just as effective when attached to cosplay armor as any high-end alternatives. However, curved design demands flexibility and attention. I find success using a heat gun or hairdryer to slightly curve plastic while secured in PVC pipe. Then it cools into the desired shape.
