I started out determining the purpose of creating movie props that serve multiple functions. I wanted to design something both aesthetically pleasing and versatile, yet non-threatening as a weapon. After conducting extensive research and watching several movies, I concluded that a mask would be an excellent choice for me. The Immortal Warrior Mask, with its striking appearance inspired by the movie 300, is perfect for use at carnivals and frightening enough for Halloween costumes. Its intimidating look will surely make an impact. The printing process is straightforward, offering two options. The first file contains the entire mask as a single piece, while the second file breaks it down into six separate pieces. This allows users to print the mask on smaller printers with ease. To attach the mask securely to the head, holes are strategically placed on the sides for tying with a rope or rubber ring. These holes will be discreetly hidden by the turban, ensuring a seamless look. For an authentic finish, I recommend printing the mask using any type of plastic and then applying a metallic coat using silver, chrome, or gold spray paint.
