The ImmersionRC PowerPLAY was designed to hold 18500 cells, and the 1400mAh ones that came with it weren't very good, so using the modified case Tony Cake of ImmersionRC designed & released at https://www.immersionrc.com/?download=6040 (no space for battery contacts or soldered wires to the cells) I modified it further so it can hold the cells using the original battery tabs and still clip into the goggle strap holder, the original one and my version for wider straps: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3918015 One downside is that the height is extended by 12mm to accommodate the longer cells at a 9 degree tilt (the power & AV sockets get in the way), but hey 18650's are everywhere and available in much higher capacities. I've written out detailed instructions with photos on how to do the conversion, it isn't permanent, you can reverse the steps and restore the PowerPLAY back to normal if you don't like it.
