ImmersionRC EzTracker Antenna Tracker Case
thingiverse
This is not a mathematical problem but rather an instructions guide for assembling the EZtracker from the Fatshark case. It appears that there are parts 1 through 4 that need to be glued together in specific pairs, with 100% infill for the pin. The main tracker will require several components, including: * A 5V BEC (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__10312__Turnigy_5A_8_26v_SBEC_for_Lipo.html) * Standard Analogue Servo * Digital Servo Sail Winch * Ball Bearing Instructions and materials list can be found below: **Print with 30% infill except for the pin which should be printed with 100% infill for added strength.** Some parts need supports: Case front Ez Case rear Cover front Ez 5800 Mounts (both Duo and the Uno versions) 3DR Case Antenna Plate Shopping list: * Main Tracker: * 1x 5V BEC (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__10312__Turnigy_5A_8_26v_SBEC_for_Lipo.html) * 1x Standard Analogue Servo (I used a Hitec HS-325HB) * 1x GWS Digital Servo Sail Winch S125 1T 2BB 360-degree http://www.goodluckbuy.com/gws-digital-servo-sail-winch-s125-1t-2bb-360-degree-7-6kg-106oz-in-1-28sec.html) * 1x Ball Bearing 8x22x7mm (http://shop.rotor.com.sg/show-detail.asp?prodid={0CF678C9-B488-4739-9638-BA12492E7EF7}&pn=1) * 8x Ball Bearing 3x10x4mm (2x http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__11726__HK600GT_Ball_Bearings_Pack_3x10x4mm_4pcs_bag.html) * 4x Video Composite connectors * 1x 6Pin DIN cable to connect the DUO receiver to the EzTracker (Audio) and Video out * 1x Deans/T-Style female power connector * 1x Main Power Switch (see case front left side for dimensions) * 3x 43mm Nylon or metal spacers with M3 inside thread * M3 socket and sink head screws (I used mostly 8mm and 12mm long types - get a small assortment of different lengths, they always come in handy :-) ) * min 6x M3 nuts * ~2 meters of wire to connect all the parts together (I used twisted servo cable for all my connections) * A number of male and female Servo connectors (or other means to make the connections) * Video RX: For the VideoRX Part I used (others will work as well but require a different mount on the Tracking Plate): * ImmersionRC DUO5800 Receiver (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__38604__ImmersionRC_DUO5800v3_5_8GHz_Diversity_Receiver_w_GS_Link_Dual_Output.html) * ImmerosionRC SpiroNet Patch (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__44835__Immersion_Fatshark_SpiroNET_CP_Patch_5_8GHz_Antenna_SMA_13dBi_Gain.html) * SMA extension to connect the patch (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__50463__SMA_Male_SMA_Female_180mm_Aerial_Extension_Fatshark_ImmersionRC_Compatible.html) * ImmerosionRC SpiroNet Antenna (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__49826__ImmersionRC_5_8GHz_Circular_Polarized_SpiroNet_Antenna_V2_SMA_.html) * 7.2V BEC for RX Power supply (7.2V 2.5A UBEC 2-5S Lipoly (6-23v) http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__18787__12V_2_5A_UBEC_2_5S_Lipoly_12_23v_.html) Optional: * 12V output for FPV goggles - connect to the T-Style Deans connector (12V 2.5A UBEC 2-5S Lipoly (12-23v) http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__18787__12V_2_5A_UBEC_2_5S_Lipoly_12_23v_.html) I will help you if any problems are found in the assembly.
