Human replica of IMI Israeli Desert Eagle .50AE pistol. Based on model created by drarhiii. Broken up to be printed on smaller printer. I modified trigger and added spaces for allthread and nuts to make design more robust to hold up at conventions as part of cosplay costume. Instructions Print the 5 individual pieces. You will need :- 5 x 6mm hex nuts 1 x 6mm Dome nut/Acorn nut 2 lengths of allthread 6mm x 165mm 1 length of allthread 6mm x 170mm Align three slide pieces. Insert longer piece of allthread through lower channel, securing hex nut inside and dome nut or acorn nut at front. Secure top part with nuts in place, then assemble trigger and grip using remaining allthread lengths and hex nuts. Fill nut cavities with hot glue to secure. Allthread holds parts together tightly, but extra support needed for cosplay convention use. I printed with ABS filament, welded/glued pieces with acetone, then added allthread reinforcement. If printing PLA, choose from variety of welding products.
