thingiverse
I have a pendrive without case laying around, so I decided to make a new one for it. The logo was added because this pendrive is only for the windows 10 installer.
The model was designed with some stricts tolerances to ensure a tight fit, but you should have a good dimensional accuracy in your prints to get it right. I played with the horizontal layer expansion parameter of the slicer and I get it right at the second print.
I've also uploaded the IGES files so anyone can edit them and add their own logo or capacity for the pendrive. If you edit it, upload the new model and share it with anyone!
