I decided to create a custom case for my spare USB drive because I needed one that stood out. Since this particular drive is only used for Windows 10 installation, I added a distinctive logo to make it easily recognizable. The design of the case was carefully crafted with strict tolerances in mind, ensuring a snug fit around the drive. However, to achieve optimal results, you'll need to ensure your prints have good dimensional accuracy. During my initial attempt, I tweaked the horizontal layer expansion setting on my slicer and successfully printed the case on the second try. To empower others to customize their own cases, I've also uploaded IGES files for easy editing. Feel free to add your personal touch by including a custom logo or capacity details for your USB drive.
