Common Problems in Prusa i3 Rework: J-head holder hotend stuck, locked in the extruder body hole There is only one fan, less good for PLA / flex print Small filament supply hole, sometimes less smoothly when deformation (eg due to overheating) Difficulty opening the idler window to insert the filament There is no specific place for proximity sensor Often fails when print flex Hotend e3d V5 is too long, so the original endstop does not touch the original switch limit. Print area Z is shorter + - 1cm This update design answers all the problems.
