I designed this in 2016 and built over 100 units using the design. This design is inspired by PRUSA printers, which feature a sturdy frame made from aluminum profile 2020. There is no documentation available yet, but you can view the printer's results as a reference point. Parts needed: Aluminum profiles 2020, measuring 360mm x 7mm Hobbed bolts for the extruder Gusset corners for added support 3mm and some 4mm bolts for assembly 608 bearings for smooth movement Four 623zz bearings for precise alignment A two-meter GT2 belt and two 20-tooth pulleys for efficient motion Five NEMA 17 motors for powerful performance RAMPS and Arduino Mega 2560 for control and precision Three micro switches for added safety features Springs for the extruder and bed for smooth movement A MK3 bed for precise leveling A 30A, 12V power supply for efficient operation An LCD reprap discount smart controller for easy navigation Optional: a 12v, 30A relay for increased flexibility Additional parts include: Eight millimeter smooth rods, measuring: 36.5 inches (two) 390 inches (two) 33.4 inches (two)
