Illuminate This VHS - Board to 1/4 20 mount

This is a mounting rig for [Mike's Illuminate This board](https://talk.vanhack.ca/t/the-illuminate-this-board/9531/52). It makes us of the M4 holes, and then allows an interface to a 1/4 20 (camera tripod) mount (you can get the inserts from [Home Depot for less that 50 cents](https://www.homedepot.ca/product/paulin-1-4-inch-20-tee-nuts-4-prong-5-16-inch-barrel-length/1000129429). This let's you mount that light as you like with many existing mounting magic arms, camera tripods, etc. Included two models - one for the inserts of 5/16 barrel (more common and linked above) and 7/16 barrel (had some of these kicking around my place).
