Please see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1862570 for the remaining parts, 20 equilateral triangles are needed to form a globe not included here. Recreated the icosahedron_insert_v04 with FreeCAD using only the Part workbench alone. The STL of version v04 seems to have a face inclination angle of 52.0 degrees which results in 59.5-degree corners of the triangles. To achieve correct 60-degree triangles, we use 52.623-degree inclination here instead. The holes are replaced by pockets for neodym magnets of eight millimeters in diameter and two millimeters high. There are two versions of the pieces available: one (_cyl) has a cylindrical pocket for connecting the magnet, centering it precisely. It's uncertain if that precision is really helpful. If not, there is a second (_tri) version with a large triangular cutout, giving the connecting piece more freedom to move. For both versions, there is a positioning aid included that helps glue the touching magnet on the right spot exactly. The FreeCAD source code is included to allow parametric modifications and customizations.
