IKEA VARIERA "mounting kit"

Mounting the IKEA VARIERA (678.659.83) without oversized screws is a challenge, so I came up with an alternative solution that's quick and effective. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. I've clearly labeled the parts -l for left and -r for right side to make assembly easier. To ensure a smooth finish, I sanded the part facing the wall thoroughly and omitted support on the -l side altogether. This project was made with PLA plastic. You can access the untouched Sketchup files if you'd like to make any modifications yourself. For securing the shelf onto the wall, I used Molly M4 screws (Biltema skruvankare M4 x 41 mm, art-nr 19-1771).
