I purchased the TROFAST board, but unfortunately, the drawers can be pushed through without stoppers. This results in scratches on the wall. To resolve this issue, I quickly designed some brackets that catch the drawers when they are pushed inward. No additional supports are required; a brim might be helpful for certain machines. The design is an 90° corner piece with a hole featuring a cone to securely hold the screw. It was specifically created for the pinewood version of TROFAST, but I'm unsure if it will work on other versions that have sliders. A drawback is that the design may not be manifold or watertight, as Repetier pointed out. Despite this, Repetier successfully printed it using CURA without any issues. To ensure a smooth print, you might want to under-extrude (reduce flow) so that the 3mm screw fits snugly into place. Printer Settings: Printer: K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used ColorFabb XT at 245°C and 55mm/s for all settings except the first layer, which was printed at 20mm/s on BuildTak with a 5mm brim. The result was absolutely perfect!
