IKEA TRADFRI Motion Sensor Mount (old version sensor)
thingiverse
I have the first gen IKEA TRÅDFRI motion sensor and turns out if you kick the thing while it's mounted on the wall one or both of the pins that are holding the sensor might brake! If you kick it while it's not mounted on the wall your results may vary! So I CADed a new one printed it. I also included the SolidWorks file and the IGS file (AS ALL POSTS SHOULD. IT'S REALLY NOT THAT HARD PEOPLE, JUST INCLUD YOUR ACTUAL CAD INSTED OF JUST THE STL, THEN YOU CAN RELLY SAY IT'S OPEN SOURCES) so that is case you need to tweak the tolerances to pit your printers capabilities! Because let's face it, no ones printed is perfect, unless you have an SLA printer! Here is my printer situation just for reference: Ender 3 Prusa Build Plate Prusa Slicer Generic PLA With the prusa slicer I managed to only add supports at the tip of the pins and not the entire bottom of them so they are easier to remove without snapping the pins! I also included my gcode for this print but you might have better luck just slicing it for yourself! Have fun printing replacements instead of paying for them! Yowelcome!
