Redesigned to fit Bauer construction blocks perfectly. Minor tweaks were made to the male connector, as it was too tight for our IKEA tracks. The DesignSpark Mechanical 2.0 project is also available if you want to customize the model further. The exported STL file was corrected using Netfabb Basic 7.4. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No rafts were necessary. Supports: None were needed. Resolution: The print resolution was set to 0.3 mm. Notes: This object was printed with PLA filament and a 0.4 mm nozzle. Two solid layers at the bottom/top and two perimeters were sufficient in my case. Infill density was set to 15% or less. To achieve the best results, print this object with the IKEA part facing upwards. Additionally, I oriented the model to allow for extra fan cooling under the male pin overhang, preventing an unsightly appearance.
