This is the movement block for an old Ikea loveseat. The replacement part was not commercially available by itself at an acceptable price point. The broken part was shattered into multiple pieces so I had to use the rapid reiterative design process. It had to be designed with a custom trapezoidal screw pitch, and incorporate a new style of micro switch stops that allow support less printing . I printed the proto-type in PETG which failed and then reprinted in PC blend. Replacement video from another source
